​ Return policy

Applicable to all products on this website

Customers can arrange return and exchange services within seven days of receiving the goods (subject to the date of receipt), if there is a delivery error, size, or quality problem.

*All customers are requested to check the goods as soon as possible after receiving the goods.

We only accept the replacement in the following cases

  • Size does not match.

  • The item does not match what is displayed on the website.

  • Quality problems, such as missing materials or manufacturing processes.

  • Product has not been used, washed or altered.

  • Product packaging, tags and all accessories related to the same order are well preserved.

*  If the product is only partially damaged, we will only replace the parts

*  In other cases, we will handle the replacement request individually depending on the situation.

*  Only one exchange service will be provided for each item. If the customer needs to exchange the item again, we will charge the relevant administrative fee and shipping fee.

*  If the product requested is out of stock, customer can choose other colors that are in stock; if the product is not in stock at all, we will arrange a refund.

Not eligible for exchange

  • Items delivered over 7 days.

  • Failed to provide sales receipt information.

  • Products that have been used or washed.

  • Damaged or incomplete packaging, missing original labels or missing accessories for any part in the same order.

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, bumping or improper storage.

  • Damage due to improper use.

  • Specials (all specials), trade-ins or giveaways, etc. (if any).

Exchange process

  • Please keep all packaging materials, including original packaging, manuals, and related gifts (if any) intact.  

  • Please email us to explain the reason for the exchange. If the item is missing, please attach a photo.

  • After receiving your notice, we will reply within 3 working days; if necessary, we will inquire about the use or storage information of the customer before deciding whether to accept a replacement.

  • If your return application is accepted, please return the goods together with complete packaging, label tags, receipts, and all accessories involved in the same transaction to our headquarter office by courier or in person after making an appointment.

  • After we inspect the returned goods, if they meet the conditions for return or exchange, we will proceed with the exchange or refund process.

  • When making a refund, we will only refund the purchase price, and no shipping or other financial charges will be refunded.

  • Refunds will be refunded to the original payment account of the purchaser and will not be refunded to other accounts.

**All replacement products must be returned to the designated office of our company, and any sales store in the city will not handle any replacement arrangements

We do not accept Refunds, except for the following cases

  • If the style requested by the customer no longer has the same style (including other colors)ofIn stock, we will arrange a refund.

  • Due to quality problems, replacement is required, but our company does not have the same model in stock.

*If the product has been purchased for more than seven days, or has been used or washed, it will be considered as a used product and must be handled according to the warranty terms of each brand. Applications for returns and refunds are not accepted.

*Some brands will require users to contact them directly and return the goods directly to them, rather than through our company; we will provide relevant information and assistance.
