Warranty and Warranty Notice

 

AZPAC suitcases come with a lifetime warranty. Within two years, due to defects in workmanship, cracked cabinets, or problems caused by production defects such as materials, we will immediately replace with new products; within two years if parts are damaged, they will be repaired for free. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect or airline misconduct.
